Refund concerns must be raised within 72 hours of delivery and apply only to damaged, defective, incorrect or significantly mismatched items.
Complimentary reverse pickup is available for first exchanges, damaged or incorrect products and eligible orders above ₹10,000. A ₹249 reverse-logistics fee may apply to a preference-based refund request approved as an exception.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and must show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, washing or alteration.
