Yes. Complimentary shipping across India applies to all orders.

Orders within India usually arrive in 4-7 working days. Made-to-order timelines are confirmed separately.

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact and must show no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, washing or alteration. One exchange per piece under the same Order ID is complimentary.

Refund concerns must be raised within 72 hours of delivery and apply only to damaged products, manufacturing defects, incorrect items or significant mismatch from the website description or imagery. One return per piece under the same Order ID is complimentary.

Complimentary reverse pickup is available for the first exchange, damaged or incorrect products and eligible orders above ₹10,000. A ₹249 reverse-logistics fee may apply to a preference-based refund request approved as an exception. Self-shipping may be required where pickup is not serviceable.

You may choose DORI Credit instead of an approved bank refund and receive 5% extra value. For example, a ₹10,000 refund can be converted into ₹10,500 in DORI Credit for a future website purchase.
